At Accenture, I grew from a data engineering engagement to a $15M AI platform portfolio at Unilever by building Watchtower — a proprietary competitive pricing intelligence platform that became the GenAI Pricing COE Accelerator deployed across 10+ squads, delivering 60% effort reduction and $1M+ annual savings. I also architected and sold the Unilever Enterprise Marketplace Platform roadmap through 2026.

The Citi relationship defines my career. Over 16 years across four employers — Infosys, L&T, Hexaware, Maverick — I built three proprietary IPs that became Citi standards: the Data Lineage Visualisation Engine (drove $30M SCB revenue growth, 8 to 125 FTE in 4 quarters), the Automated FX/MM Reconciliation Engine (protecting >$3T annual settlement volume), and the Automated Job Monitoring Dashboard (300+ jobs, C-suite reporting). A single account grew from $10M to $35M organically through IP, not relationship management.
